In The Cellar

The vineyards are planted exclusively on decomposed granite soils in Stellenbosch’s Polkadraai Hills, are at elevation and heavily influenced by maritime conditions.

The marginal soils are ideal for early ripening, which allows us to produce a wine that is fragrant and fresh.

Tasting

Freshness, finesse and elegance are key, yet still allowing for concentration and structure.

Red and dark cherries, flowers, spice and earth give layered complexity. The palate follows with fruit concentration, fine yet structured tannin, with wonderful fresh acidity.
