This vineyard produces quality grapes and reflects the lifelong passion we have for Chenin Blanc, combining the purity of Original Chenin Blanc with the structure and depth of Old Vine Chenin Blanc. The wine’s beauty lies in its lightness of touch and the understated elegance and complexity the old vines reveals. Lightly oaked. Only 3000 bottles produced. Drink now to 2027.

Silver Hope pays homage to the pioneers who came to the Cape of Good Hope in the hope of finding their fortune by searching for sliver in the 1800’s, prospecting the width and breadth of the land. We too had to search far and wide to find the very best land to plant our vines. Polkadraai Hills Stellenbosch is where we settled, it became our fortress, where we have cared for our vines for the past 25 years. The wine is elegant, with delicious fruit, cinnamon spice and a hint of minerality so prevalent of the Polkadraai Hills, combining the lightness of our Dolomite Cabernet Franc with the elegance and purity of the Family Cabernet Franc, making it extremely moreish. Only 2500 bottles produced. Drink now to 2030.
